Nuclear spent fuel rods headed to Charleston import
The first of up to 300 overseas shipments of spent nuclear fuel rods is slated to arrive at Charleston Naval Weapons Station later this month, with about 19 tons from 41 countries over 13 years destined for Savannah River Site. Circus daredevil joins Clyde Beatty-Cole Brothers Circus
