Two civil suits filed Sept 1 in Richmond County Superior Court accuse Reginald Price a former CT Walker janitor and registered sex offender of sexually assaulting two plaintiffs in 2012 and 2013. Defendants include Richmond County Board of Education former officials and school staff as Price faced prior charges and prison time. Portland Campanaro represents the plaintiffs.
