Teen charged in death by texting pressure in Massachusetts
In Fairhaven Massachusetts 17 year old Michelle Carter is charged with involuntary manslaughter in the 2014 death of Conrad Roy II. Prosecutors allege Carter urged Roy to commit suicide via text messages including urging him to get back in the truck as the plan unfolded. Roy had prior suicide attempts and mood issues.

Loaded handgun found during cavity search in Waco
Police stopped a Waco SUV for a traffic violation and found methamphetamine inside. Ashley Castaneda 31 and Gabriel Garcia 30 were arrested, Castaneda claiming a loaded .22 semiautomatic handgun was inside her body. Both face drug charges and weapon possession and remain in custody.
