Habitat seed money funds six house project in Aiken
Habitat from iah has funded six houses with private sponsors handling the rest. The Staley home No. 3 was sponsored by the City of Aiken and Sunrise Aiken Noon Club and South Aiken Rotary clubs. Rotarians raised about $10,000 and over 100 volunteers helped. Ms. Staley received keys and a Bible as Rev Dr William Johnston likened the moment to a nest-building bird.
