Sheranda D. Fuller, 30, of Abbeville Avenue, is charged with homicide by child abuse in the December 2004 stillbirth of a baby boy born about 30 weeks gestation. Police say alleged habitual cocaine use during two pregnancies endangered a later fetus. an autopsy ruled homicide. Fuller was admitted to Aiken Regional Medical Centers on the incident.
