Canoe Trip Part Of South Carolina Water Week Activities

A canoe trip down the Savannah River will be part of South Carolina Water Week 84 celebrations. The event, described as good beginning white water, will start Saturday at 8 a.m. at the Race station near Exit 1. Participants should bring canoes, lunch, drinks, and life jackets. cars will be carpooled to the river. Sponsored by the local Sierra Club. For more information.
