Aiken Makin festival road closures to begin Friday
Tens of thousands will attend the 37th Aiken's Makin in downtown Aiken this weekend. Public Safety will close roads at 5 p.m. today and reopen after events end Saturday at 5 p.m. Detours affect Park Avenue westbound lanes from Kershaw to Chesterfield. Traffic should normalize by 8 to 9 p.m. Saturday.
