Survivor recounts 9/11 near World Trade Center collapse
Grace Covenant Church of God heard Stanley Praimnath describe his near death on September 11 2001 as he stood on the 81st floor of the South Tower. He spoke at a New Ellenton memorial service about his faith and survival amid falling fire and a collapsing building. He recalled shouting Lord take over and calling out to God as the plane struck and the floor above him gave way. He remains a New York resident and one of 18 survivors at or above the impact level.
