Kerry Place Plans Protest and County Recreation Vote
About 60 Pinewood Plantation homeowners urged Aiken County Council to check Kerry Place development citing overlap with four lots, drainage worries, and mobile homes not harmonizing with nearby homes. They urged postponing final plat approval until planning procedures are reviewed. The council also moved to frame a November 6 recreation funding referendum and approved related drainage and jail security actions.
