Ice Block Dislodged From Shuttle During Mission

NASA reports a detachable ice block from Discovery was dislodged during a cargo bay maneuver. Crew member Judy Resnik and commander Henry Hartsfield aided extraction, leaving a smaller, nonhazardous ice fragment on the port side. Aiken's Makin' Craft Show Sets Weekend Exhibit
