Town Creek Baptist expands to a 69000 square foot church
The Rev. Danny Hedgepeth leads Town Creek Baptist Church in plans to move from a 260-seat sanctuary to a 69000 square foot facility opening Oct 4. The church aims to reach the unchurched with an advertising campaign including mail outs and two billboards. The project funds include 2.3 million paid toward a 6.3 million total cost. The new campus features a large single service capacity, a video projection system, a children's wing with Noahs ark mascots, a dining hall with professional kitchen, and a schedule of weekday Bible studies and community programs. Dr. Jay Strack is slated to speak at an opening event.
