Suspect Arrested in Burglary Case. Others Sought
Aiken County deputies arrested Augusta man Okoye Okemi West 18 for second degree burglary after a Corner Stroll Lane attempt. He is held at the Aiken County detention center and deputies search for a second suspect. Another suspect, Terrell Decarius Fryer 31, faces unlawful carrying of a pistol and drug charges after a Beech Island stop on Sand Bar Ferry Road. The sheriff is also investigating a Beech Island Atomic Road home invasion where a masked black male demanded money and fled.
