Lawyer urges higher car insurance to cover injuries
Aiken Sunrise Rotary Club heard attorney Braithwaite stress that current South Carolina rules require only 15000 dollars for single personal injury and 30000 dollars total, risking full loss in serious crashes. He cited a fender bender where a 500 dollar medical bill led to a 50000 payout, urging uninsured and underinsured protections. The meeting also welcomed Paul Harris Fellows Robert Houston and Richard Waugh and new member Dennis Trout of RCS Corp, with weekly meetings at Houndslake Country Club.
