Reagan to seek funding to rebuild Moscow embassy

President Reagan will ask Congress to tear down and rebuild the nearly complete U S Embassy in Moscow over suspected listening devices. The Washington Post cites State Department sources saying the plan, expected to be announced today, would cost about 300 million dollars and take five years to construct an eight story embassy with U S materials kept under heavy guard. Secretary of State George Shultz reportedly recommended the move.
