DNA sampling in Carpenter case expands as 50 plus tested
ADPS collected more than 50 saliva DNA samples from people with ties to Jessica Lynne Carpenter. Father turns self in after abduction case in Aiken County
Deval Lee Morris 44 of Old Cherokee Road surrendered to ACSO Monday after allegedly abducting his 4-year-old daughter Olivia Morris and 6-year-old son Lands Morris in October. He is charged with transporting a child under 16 outside the state to violate a custody order and held on 10000 dollar bond. The children were returned to their mother and are reported in good condition.
