Aiken and Valley PSA Reach Amicable Water Boundary Deal
City Councilman Michael Anaclerio said negotiations with the Valley Public Service Authority over a water and sewer boundary were amicable. An agreement, reached earlier this month, defines the boundary from Vaucluse Road to Pine Log Road and clarifies service areas for future sewer expansion and grants. The Valley PSA won a 1969 TRO to pause construction during dispute talks.
