The U S Command also announces a troop strength reduction of 4 650 men, the second large cut since 1969.
An all male jury will decide Monday if Richard Lee Richards who pleaded guilty to the June 18 killings of two Belvedere Tribulators members receives life or death. A separate jury will rule on five co defendants indicted on related charges as Judge Spruill extends the term.
President Nixon intends to travel to Peking within six weeks as Kissinger departs for a 10 day mission to China to finalize preparations. The trip hinges on Nixon's early November Washington commitments including Indira Gandhi's visit and a Republican fund raising dinner schedule. Kissinger is due back around October 25.
