South Carolina man given life for child killing in concrete case
Roger Anthony Williams was sentenced to life after a jury found him guilty of homicide by child abuse for encasing his 2 year old son in concrete and transporting the body from Summerville to Orangeburg County. His girlfriend Grace Trotman testified for prosecutors. She pleaded guilty and will be sentenced later.
