North Augusta Hosts Eighth Annual Colonial Times Camp Revival
North Augusta closed the 8th Annual A Day to Remember of Colonial Times with an 18th century church service at Saint Pauls Episcopal and living history scenes. Crafters demonstrated blacksmithing pottery and engraving while visitors asked questions. A tavern scuffle and a Red Coat clash punctuated the day as locals praised its hands on glimpse of colonial life.

Shooting investigated by Sheriff's Office
A 25-year-old Warrenville man was reportedly shot in the head around 2:30 a.m. Sunday. Injured was Fernando Terry of 193 Pine Log Road, treated and released after transport to a nearby hospital. A resident on Jack Jones Street heard a fight and gunshots, Lt. Michael Frank said.
