Road Man Clings to Car Roof After Hit and Run
A man clung to the roof of a car for seven miles on a highway after a collision with a parked car. Police arrested the driver Brian Scheidter for multiple charges including hit-and-run and underage drinking. Michael Fitzgerald, 20, said he pursued to stop the fleeing car as it traveled onto I 279.
