The forecast calls for partly cloudy skies today with a 20 percent shower chance and high in the upper 60s. Tonight will be considerably cloudy with a low in the low 50s. Monday to Wednesday bring a chance of showers with highs from the mid 50s to upper 60s and lows in the 50s. Sunday areas vary from mid 60s mountains to upper 60s Midlands, coast in lower 70s with rain chances and northeast winds.

Definition Of Handicapped Used To Sell Light Bulbs Lawsuit
The state sued Local Handicapped Workers Inc in Jackson County Missouri alleging all employees are handicapped to solicit customers for bulbs. Investigators say applicants were told handicaps include pregnancy hangnails allergies or eyeglasses and could earn up to 600 a week. A court order bars the company from using the term while the suit seeks 1000 per violation and refunds.

Air Force Leader Ralph Havens Dies After Clemson Dinner
Lt. Gen. Ralph E. Havens died of a heart attack after speaking at a Clemson University ROTC dinner. Based at Maxwell Air Force Base since 1988, he oversaw the Air University and Air War College, with more than 3,000 flying hours and 200 combat missions. He is survived by his wife Ginger and three children. Funeral plans were not announced.
