Bush says no chance to seize Noriega during Panama coup
President Bush defended his handling of the Panama coup saying there was no opportunity to capture Gen. Manuel Noriega and U S force was not warranted under the circumstances. He warned he would not rule out future options including military intervention.

Firms To Prepare Joint Proposal For Heavy Water NPR
Westinghouse Electric Corp and Bechtel National Inc will prepare a joint proposal to build the heavy water new production reactor at Savannah River Site.
