Local soldier dies in Afghanistan
Sister recalls last call with Staff Sgt. Willie Harley Jr. as he and Spc. Luther Rabon from South Carolina National Guard were killed when their vehicle hit an IED in Paktika province. Harley, 48, of Aiken, left behind seven children. his oldest son Christopher also served in the same unit.
