The Polo Training Foundation hosted a live and silent auction and dinner at Hathaway Bridge Farms to raise funds supporting polo training for youth, adults, scholastic and intercollegiate players as well as umpires. John Walsh led the event with Kris Bowman noting growing attendance and community support.

Aiken County Pony Club members shine at East Coast Championship
Four Aiken County Pony Club members competed July 25 29 at the Virginia Horse Park Lexington VA. Ellen Geddes on Wavelength placed in show jumping and equitation while her Carolina DelMarVa Midwest team earned third in show jumping and second in Horse Management. Mathew Ulmer, age 12 on Elvis, won riding and swimming in tetrathlon and finished third overall. Mary Taylor Miller and Kyle Hanson performed dressage training level with a wedding style free style marriage of their Palominos to Chapel of Love and Wedding March finishing seventh overall and second in Pas De Deux.
