Residents May Register To Vote In November

Voters who moved or have not voted in four years must register by Saturday 3 p.m. for the November election. Aiken Sees 692 Auto Crashes Last Year

Delinquent tax properties including real estate mobile homes and inventories were sold at the Aiken County Court House with 150 spectators. Auctioneer Frieda Walker oversaw bids from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The sale raised 80 162 dollars, more than the taxes owed. Some owners rescued properties just before bidding started.
