U S millionaire scientist readies for voyage to space station
Gregory Olsen, 60, founder of Sensors Unlimited, prepares for Expedition 12 launch from Baikonur. He paid about 20 million dollars for a seat on the Russian Soyuz with a Russian American crew. Olsen aims to help space flight become routine while facing funding tensions between the US and Russia. He is joined by Valery Tokarev and William McArthur as the mission proceeds after a medical delay.
