Aiken City Manager Roger LeDuc Gets Salary Raise

The council also accepted Cherry, Bekaert and Holland's year ending June 30 audit showing no material errors, no management disagreements, and strong finances with five to six percent increases in cash. The audit noted 227 days of operating cash reserves, well above the 60 to 75 days deemed adequate.
