Armed robbery reported at a Hampton Avenue home
Aiken Public Safety investigates an armed robbery report about 11 p.m. Tuesday at a northside residence on Hampton Avenue. Two gunmen, one with a handgun and one with a shotgun, robbed three victims of cash and fired shots toward the front of the home as they fled. Road work and traffic delays are planned on Richland Avenue and Interstate 20 during the week of December. ACTS seeks winter coats and clothing donations at Hayne Avenue.
