Historic Iva church becomes mortuary and crematory
Rob Sosebee and family convert the vacant Iva First Baptist Church into Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory. Renovations preserve the exterior and original interior features while updating decor, carpeting, lighting, and layout to serve as a funeral home with chapel and offices. The town welcomes a restored historic building and new business.
