Man Arrested in Kidnaping of Lancaster Woman at Local Mill
Xeith Marcel Watson, 27, was arrested at Lancaster County Airport after a three hour manhunt. He allegedly abducted a 27 year old woman from the sewing department at Spring Industries Grace plant, slipping past three guards and assaulting her inside the mill.
