The Valley Empty Stocking Fund launches its third annual campaign running through Christmas Eve. Salley town councilman Terry McMillan says chitlins will be boiled in Bamberg County on his family farm using seven thousand to eight thousand pounds of chitlins in five old kettles. The smell is expected to be strong as the process continues.
