Two minors are in custody after a plan to attack a school and kill staff was found on a list titled Object School. Spokesperson David Turno says the case could go to family court, with juvenile division oversight and disciplinary steps.
Donovan was abducted on November 14 in Brunswick County North Carolina and lured to a convenience store by Fulks and Basham. They were seen heading north on US 17 toward Wilmington two hours after the abduction and later spotted back in South Carolina without Donovan. Fulks faces possible charges in South Carolina first with a custody hearing planned. Basham was indicted in a separate case involving a carjacking attempt and a shootout with a police officer in Ashland Kentucky. Basham, already serving a five year forgery sentence, described as a disruptive but not hardcore inmate. Fulks awaits trial on robbery charges in Hopkins County jail.
