Aiken City Councilman Steve Homoki read a proclamation declaring November National Hospice and Palliative Care Month in Aiken. Hospice Care of South Carolina staff joined the ceremony with Becky Christian Katie Ard and Ralph Smith present. Mayor Fred B. Cavanaugh signed the proclamation.
