Summers Set to Return for USC vs Clemson
South Carolina running back Demetris Summers, sidelined by a concussion, is expected to resume practice tonight and be available for Saturday's 7 p.m. home showdown with rival Clemson at Williams-Brice Stadium. The game airs on ESPN2. Summers piled up 158 yards at Tennessee and 577 rushing yards this season while dealing with injury setbacks and a tough defensive focus from opponents. Head coach Lou Holtz cited the seven day concussion clearance policy and defended a late fake punt as momentum attempts in the loss to Florida.
