Schwarzenegger to take office with low key inaugural
Gov elect Arnold Schwarzenegger plans a brief ceremony and limited reception as he becomes California governor. He aims to call a special session on midyear cuts to close a projected 25 billion deficit, reform workers compensation, and repeal driver licenses for undocumented immigrants, while pledging a balanced budget with no new taxes. Security and media coverage will be extensive as thousands expect to follow the event.
