Man sues over 11 cows killed on I 95 in Dorchester County
Ronnie F Judy, a St George farmer, sues Dorchester County and its purchasing agent claiming county negligence allowed 11 cows to die after escaping onto Interstate 95. The suit says county workers dug a drainage canal in fall 1988 and cows escaped through a fence opening in February 1989.
