Annexation Plan Aims to Fill City Holes in Aiken
Aiken’s Annexation study Committee proposed closing “holes” inside the city by requiring annexation when property is sold. The plan would require buyers to sign an annexation agreement to receive water and sewer service with notices to realtors closing attorneys and lenders.
