Ohio girl found alive bound in Mount Vernon basement

A 13 year old girl missing since Wednesday was found bound and gagged but alive in a Mount Vernon basement. Knox County Sheriff David Barber said Matthew J. Hoffman 30 was arrested at his home and authorities hope he will lead to the girl's mother Tina Herrmann her 10 year old son Kody and 41 year old friend Stephanie Sprang who vanished with them. Hoffman faces kidnapping charges and more charges are expected as the investigation continues.

Man Declared Dead 16 Years Arrested for Kidnapping in USA
