In Odessa Florida a 30 foot deep sinkhole swallowed a mobile home despite two wreckers efforts to save it. Resident Winston Eden aged 72 described the surprise collapse and said his family of six has moved in with relatives while authorities assess the scene. Eden heard creaking noises as his daughter Carol Geraldi spotted the widening hole and a missing propane tank.
