Nursing Home Site Title to be Presented to Aiken County Council

Cecil's Inc. president T W Cecil Jr said a clear title to land for the proposed nursing home will be given to the Aiken County Council by Dec 1. Aiken County school officials removed a 17 year old white female bus driver from a Kennedy Junior High route after she was found under the influence of alcohol. No police were called at the time, and remaining elementary students were carpooled home. North Carolina pathologist cites asbestosis in plaintiff

Dr. Arthur E. Davis Jr. told a federal jury that William Bumgardner, 52, of Arden, North Carolina, shows classic asbestosis symptoms from asbestos exposure.
