Bath woman testifies as man given life for rape and burglary
In a circuit court, Thomas Allen Hutto was found guilty of burglary first degree armed robbery and criminal sexual conduct and received 30 years for armed robbery and criminal sexual conduct plus a life sentence for first degree burglary. Deputy Solicitor Lawrence Brown consoled the 92 year old victim saying life is life. The judge expressed concern for exploiting the vulnerable as the assailant spoke briefly of innocence.

Pair charged in Pea Ridge murder plot in Arkansas
Etheridge Kneece of Trenton says he knew nothing about a plot to kill his estranged wife as two South Carolina residents face capital murder charges in Arkansas.
