Rivera indicted in second slaying case

Rivera 37 faces murder charges in the death of Tabatha Bosdell whose remains were found October 14 near Wrightsboro Road off I 20 in Columbia County. The Richmond grand jury also charged him in earlier assaults and linked two other missing women, Tiffaney Wilson and Melissa Dingess, to related cases across Aiken and Columbia counties.
