Vehicle sought in hit and run that killed construction worker
State and local law enforcement ask for help locating a damaged white or light green older model vehicle with four round headlights. Robert Tatti, 59, of Detroit, was killed while bicycling on S.C. 19 south near New Ellenton in the early hours last Friday. Coroner Sue Townsend said Tatti died of head and neck fractures.
