Suspect in Wendy's slayings had prior robberies and bail
New York prosecutors say John Benji Taylor, a 36 year old fugitive free on 3500 bail after a string of fast food robberies, was to be arraigned for the Wendy's execution style killings of five employees and wounding two. Co defendant Craig Godineaux, 31, admitted roles. Taylor previously worked briefly at a Wendy's and a McDonald’s near the Empire State Building.
