Class action suit rejected against Westinghouse SRS firms
Federal Judge Cameron Currie rejected class action status for nearly 100 black workers at the Savannah River Site against Westinghouse Savannah River Co and Bechtel BNFL and BWTX. The newspaper will publish Monday but its offices will close. offices of Aiken County and city government, the post office, banks, and the Aiken County Library along with the H Odell Weeks Activity Center will also be closed.
