Using massage, cold therapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation and photon therapy, she aids injury recovery and prevention for performance horses while stressing these methods supplement veterinary care. Solicitor Thanks Juvenile Arbitrators At Aiken Awards Banquet
South Carolina Solicitor Strom Thurmond Jr. commended volunteer arbitrators at the Juvenile Arbitration Program awards banquet. The program diverts first time nonviolent juvenile offenders to hearings in their communities, with 5,000 cases diverted since inception and 33,234 hours of service across 770 sites, plus nearly $50,000 restitution.
