Aiken Electric Cooperative Holds Record 2008 Annual Meeting
Aiken Electric Cooperative's 2008 annual meeting drew a record crowd with more than 4,500 member-owners registered and over 10,000 attendees. Special guests included Sens. Massey and Ryberg, Reps. Perry and Smith, local officials, and community leaders. Awards went to Tara Moody, Margorie Bush, and Freda Smith for prize credits. more than 40 door prizes were distributed. The cooperative serves over 44,000 customers across nine counties.
