The North Augusta Planning Commission approved Area 2 Mossy Creek Elementary School site plans amid sidewalk, curb and gutter discussions and a Greeneway easement. A 10,000 square foot Ryan's Steak House on a Shoppes at North Augusta out parcel also gained approval with a wood siding and stone facade waiver. The panel moved a boat ramp design, approved preliminary plat for Arbor Place Section 3, and tabled Hammond Heights and The Reserve modifications.
