Funeral held for Greer bank teller gunned down in robbery
About 900 people attended the Monday service for Sylvia S Holtzclaw of Greer. She was killed May 16 at Blue Ridge Savings Bank during a robbery in which two customers James E Barnes and Margaret Barnes of Spartanburg also died. FBI and local investigators pursue leads as the reward rises to 50000 and surveillance tapes show suspects fleeing in a late 1990s Chevrolet Impala. Authorities say no arrests yet and remain at work around the clock.
