Friends raise funds for Dorian Tauss medical bills
The group behind the Dorian Tauss Fund seeks contributions to cover medical costs and travel to the Cooper Cancer Institute in New York after Tauss, a longtime Studio South producer and engineer, faced a brain cancer diagnosis following earlier testicular cancer. Contributions may be sent to Wachovia Bank care of Joyce Ducker. Heritage Community Services hosts a June 13 session with Patricia Funderbark Ware addressing abstinence and youth health. Hitchcock Hospice calls for volunteer RN and minister volunteers with registration at 643 0001 ext 230.
